Zero to Forty

Approximately 8 years ago I began making wine as a hobby and I thought that I had all of the answers to making wine.  2 years later boy was I wrong, numerous competitions and no awards.  About that time I started going to The Purple foot and met Mary Uthemann; who vastly showed me that I had a lot to learn when it came to wine making.  Now six years, and roughly forty awards later I can honestly say that the Purple Foot taught me how to make better and more consistent wine.   The whole staff has more wine making experience and knowledge than any other wine supply store I have ever been to. They also have service that is second to none.
