Last Stop, Best Stop

I moved into the Milwaukee area about a year ago. I enjoy good home brewed beer so after settling into my new home, I started looking for a new homebrew supplier. I made a list of the shops in the area and set out on a mission. I stopped at several shops in the area and while they carried most of what I wanted, I felt very unwelcome. The last stop on my list was The Purple Foot, I decided to go there, but I was just about ready to give up and call my supplier in Nebraska to order from him. When I walked in I was greeted within a minute by a women who I later found out is the owner. She helped me find everything I needed and told me if she didn’t carry something I wanted she would order it for me. I enjoy talking to Karen whenever I can, but everyone else there has been so helpful and friendly. Since then I’ve decided this is my new homebrew supplier.
