B Brite Sanitizer: B Brite cleans with active oxygen and does not contain chlorine or bisulfite. It effectively removes fermentation residues. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of B-Brite powder in one gallon of water. Contact should be for at least one minute, then rinse with clear tap water. Discard solution after use.
