Don’t miss the simultaneous toast at 1:00 p.m. ET, 12:00 p.m. CT on May 7, 20122!

In 1988, May 7 was announced before Congress as National Homebrew Day. The American Homebrewers Association (AHA) created AHA Big Brew as an annual event to celebrate National Homebrew Day around the world. AHA Big Brew is held each year on the first Saturday in May.

Join us at The Purple Foot for this special event.

Yes we will be brewing beer!

Yes there will be food! 

This event will be held at the historic "Leonard Wieler Farmhouse", the new location of The Purple Foot home wine making and brew store. We will have demonstrations on 3 different levels of home brewing (beginner, intermediate, and all grain. Beer and cider samples will be served, food and more! Grab a buddy and meet at the farmhouse for some home brewing fun!
